A day that has the aim to create a personal shield as an artistic and psycho-magical act for

The day will be divided into two parts (morning and afternoon) and it will include exercises, meditations and corporal experiences. Everything will be carried out exclusively in a sensitive way, either together or individually.<\/p>\n

The afternoon will be entirely dedicated to building your personal shield and it will be given to you a neutral shield on which you will be allowed to create shapes, drawings and lines of colour.<\/p>\n

There will be three little breaks during the day

And then, your personal shield (made of cardboard, 100×60, almond shape, handle on the back, 7mm thick, thickness with the handle 13cm, total weight 450gr) will come home with you so as to follow and protect you during your daily battles. Why do we need to build a shield?
\nBecause we are highly empathic. A creative shield can protect us, by creating a supportive psycho-space between us and the others.<\/h2>\n

What do you need to protect?<\/h2>\n

Well, actually, considering how we process pieces of information, we have something to protect indeed: the highest risk is to feel too much the other person, to lose and forget ourselves into unreal boundaries.<\/p>\n

They had great importance so as to identify an individual and his social status. Paintings on the shield showed the main information on its owner and possessor: clan, lineage, and, most of all, his unique value as a warrior.

\n<\/em>Medicine shields have ritual meanings and they are built to protect our soul, to stay in touch with ourselves, with nature and the divine.<\/p>\n

\nWrap everything in a scarf or a bandana that you will consequently need to use to cover your eyes during some meditations.

\nYou can attend the seminar only if you already know or feel you belong to the 15\/20% of the

Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because Highly Sensitive People have the need to find a moment for sharing, playing and looking for something with individuals who process information, from the inside to the outside world, in the same way. If you weren\u2019t a Highly Sensitive Person, you wouldn\u2019t understand it, you wouldn\u2019t get all the shades from a world you are not able to be acquainted with.<\/p>\n

HIGH SENSITIVITY is one of the features of our personality. It has been demonstrated since the end of the nineties by Doctor Aron in California and it has been examined in depth within the genetic field, the field of neurosciences and evolution. It represents an interrogative variability into survival mechanisms of any kind of animal species. Highly Sensitive People (HSP) are characterized by a major sensitivity to inner and outer stirrings. They represent the 15\/20% of the population.<\/p>\n
